This template is an industry-neutral Excel solution in which the analytical work value determination is carried out. In the center of the application the 7-stage scaling of up to 20 requirement types, summarized in the 6 groups 

1. of skill,
2. of responsibility,
3. the intellectual,
4. the physical and the requirements
5. social competence and
6. from environmental influences.

After a few one-off preparatory steps, the scaling results must be entered in order to obtain the result, the remuneration group adequate to the job vacancy!

Content of the Excel solution:

• Determination of the scale values of the requirements with the help of the scaling tables in comparison of the jobs.
• Automated calculation of an allocation table "Work values - remuneration table", which can be adapted as required,
• Calculation of the partial work values of the 6 groups, the work value and the salary group corresponding to the job function.
• Control of the calculation result via freely selectable variables.

Definitions and scaling tables are attached for the application of the appropriation request types. The work value calculations and the job-related groupings made with them are documented transparently and comprehensibly with the solution.
