Model of a guideline for the planned job list. It regulates data structures, change and access rights and the use of the document. This provides an up-to-date data basis for personnel planning, personnel management, personnel cost controlling, personnel development and organizational analysis.
The term "planned job list" is understood to mean an integrated document presenting the company and its organisational units:
- the organisational structure down to the single job,
- the human resources needed to carry out the tasks in
- quantitative (number of jobs in full-time employee equivalents) and in
- qualitative aspects (qualification requirements, classification in the remuneration system),
- by linking to some personnel master data, the staffing of positions in quantitative and qualitative terms.
