The following shipping conditions apply to your ordered "organisational processes", templates and management guidelines:

• by e-mail on workdays within 24 hours, free of shipping costs
• on data carrier (CD) within 5 working days at a minimum of 5,50 € for data carrier and postage
• as printout within 5 working days at a minimum of 12.50 € for data medium and postage (only possible for "organisational processes")

The delivery is carried out worldwide to the address indicated by the customer in the order or separate delivery address in German language, on request also in English language. The customer accepts that in this case the delivery can take up to 10 working days.

If the payment method prepayment is chosen, delivery will be made after receipt of payment.

Orders of the e-book will be delivered as downloads and are available for a one-time download for 14 days. A download is only possible for registered customers.
