Each order can be withdrawn by the customer until the ordered document(s) has/have not yet been dispatched. Any withdrawals received after this date shall be ineffective. A return/cancellation or conversion after the expiry of the withdrawal period is excluded.

The withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to Dr.Cramer/Orgware online stating the order data (orderer, type, content and date of order).

In the event of a dispute, there is also the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution via the online dispute resolution platform (OS platform at EU level) in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of 21 May 2013.
