In the "responsibility profile" this is done for the characteristics of the task categories "Execute", "Plan", "Control", "Decide" and "Organize". In the "Activity Profile", these are the characteristics "Conceptual Activity", "Operational Activity" and "Instructing, Coordinating Activity", together with notes on determining the proportion of effort from the responsibility profile.
This enables you to adapt the sample job descriptions of Orgware online to your specific conditions.
