Anyone who wants to systematically collect and compile the differentiated demands on employees, their knowledge, abilities and skills, should do so in the form of skill requirement / competence profiles. For this purpose, it is helpful not only to rely on the systematic of a form, but also to obtain an overview in comparison.

This template contains the following information

• a sample table in Excel format, with which all requirements can be worked out and followed up in a cross-location comparison,
• a job or employee-related form in which the requirements for individual job holders are compiled,
• 20 pages of scaling instructions for 32 types of competence (basic, individual), methodological, interdisciplinary, social and personal (mental, physical, general work behaviour) for 7 scaling levels each.

In this way, the knowledge, abilities and skills of the employees that they need to carry out their work are precisely determined and it is defined which requirements or competencies are to be placed on the employees in detail and at which level.

Thus, entrepreneurial decisions for investments in employees with job advertisements, applicant assessment and selection, personnel development and qualification as well as employee assessment can be carried out objectively according to unified standards. Organizational solutions are thus implemented in a human resources-compliant manner, and at the same time some of the bases for the classification of activities in a pay table are laid.
