The terms team and teamwork are often used in companies and public authorities. But what requirements must be met to ensure that semi-autonomous group work by self-controlling teams actually takes place in order to use the productivity potential of self-determined employees?

This organisational regulation specifies the principles and procedural rules for the managers and employees involved, which, if applied consistently, will result in the expected higher quality of work organisation.
