Systematic task formation is the basic principle of a consistent organisational design. For this purpose, the tasks of the department under consideration must be systematically surveyed. The procedure in this guide assumes that
- all tasks in a causal relationship must be purpose-driven, consistent with the goal of the respective department, which in turn corresponds to the purpose of the company,
- to be result- or process-oriented, and
- are to be systematised according to the categories planning, decision-making, ordering / instruction, execution, organisation and control.
The working technique of systematic task analysis is applied in a structured process of using mindmaps. Mindmap images illustrating the results of the phases of the procedure process are attached.
The entire process is designed as teamwork, which is why great importance is attached to help in adequate workshop preparation, management and follow-up.
