Companies and authorities have very complex regulatory systems (guidelines, circulars, instructions, etc.). for QSS, industrial safety, process organisation, ...), which have grown side by side, uncoordinated. They are sometimes perceived as a symbol for bureaucracy.
This process leads systematically through a complex analysis to the redesign of the company regulations in an integrated management system. The process is divided into seven phases:starting with Inventory and Systematization, finishing with implementation.
The process is designed as a team effort, which is why great importance is attached to helping to prepare, lead and follow up the workshop adequately. The result consists in:
- Overview and transparency are achieved.
- Gaps and bureaucratic over-organization are recognized.
- The "Meta" regulation has been developed and approved by the Executive Board as the key document of the integrated management system.
