This template contains in detail the functional requirements that a computer solution for managing and using the "Position List", which is to be developed or acquired on the market, should fulfil.
It consists of 2 files:
- Excel file containing the images of a "Position List" solution for the main menu, data entry and maintenance as well as for standard evaluations of the data stock
- Detailed descriptions of the program, menu and data structures, the data maintenance process and the various evaluations.
And this use of the dataset is created:
- Plan/actual comparisons of job data with personnel data of the corresponding job holders according to staffing level, remuneration group and qualification level.
- Variable personnel cost scenarios to check whether predefined cost objectives have been achieved or the effects of salary pay scale changes.
The programming specification
- assumes the use of existing data stocks of the human resources department,
- includes step-by-step guidance through the program in conjunction with a successive entry mask structure - adherence to ergonomic principles.
- places links to relevant documents (job descriptions, grouping, requirement profiles and personnel requirements calculation model,
- includes the provision of extracts to persons entitled to receive them (e.g. managers) and
- has a storage and archiving organization that allows for a complete history.
